The award is $2,000 per academic year: $1,000 per semester.

For graduating high school seniors in the Class of 2027 who live in or attend school in Cobb, Cherokee, or Paulding County, Georgia. Eligible institutions include accredited two-year, four-year, and technical colleges.

Have four documents ready

Your scholarship-need essay, personal testimony, church recommendation, and academic recommendation are required.

Both essays must be double-spaced, in 12-point Times New Roman, with one-inch margins. Follow the word and page limits below.

PDF or DOCX · Up to 5 MB per file · 10 MB combined. Documents are emailed privately to the scholarship team, not displayed on the website. This form does not save drafts. Keep your original documents.

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate and complete.

Your answers include personal information such as your address, date of birth, and church affiliation. They and your documents are sent to the scholarship team’s private inbox through Resend and may be retained by the email provider and church. They are not published or saved as public website files. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, or identification documents.
